2021年FRM二级考试退款政策及递延政策是什么？

关于退款政策，GARP协会原文如下：

Candidates have 48 hours after their exam registration to submit a refund request. All refund requests must be received via email tomemberservices@garp.com.

也就是说，FRM考生报名后48小时内可以提出退款申请。所有退款要求都必须通过电子邮件发送至memberservices@garp.com。

关于递延政策，GARP协会的原文是：

FRM Part II candidates may defer their exam registration only once to the next available exam administration.

Subsequent deferrals will not be considered.

There is a USD 200 fee to defer.

A deferral to the next Exam date must be submitted and paid by the Standard Registration deadline.

As a deferred candidate you will automatically be registered for the next available Exam administration.

If you have deferred and still attend the Exam, the deferral fee will not be refunded.

If a candidate registers for Part I and Part II in consecutive or concurrent exam administrations, and then defers the Part II registration to another exam administration but does not pass the Exam Part I, their Part II registration will automatically be converted to a Part I registration once the Part I Exam results have been released. To sit for the Part II Exam, he/she will need to complete an additional registration and pay all applicable fees.

意思就是：FRM二级考生只可将其考试报名推迟一次到下一次可用的考试管理部门。

后续延期将不予考虑。

要延迟支付200美元的费用。
