FRM没时间考，报名交的费用可以退吗？

　　FRM考试费用不安排退款，但考生可以申请考试延期。请注意，考生不能将考试资格转让予其他考生。

　　No refunds are given.You may request to have your registrationdeferred to the next examination date.Please note you cannottransfer your registration to another candidate.

　　FRM考生只能延期考试一次。请考生注意：

　　1、决定延期考试的考生，必须在考试注册日期的截止日之前提交延期考试申请。例如，2016年11月份的FRM考试注册日的一天为10月15日，2017年5月份的FRM考试注册日的一天为4月15日。

　　2、申请延期考试须缴纳100美金的行政费用，此项费用必须通过信用卡支付。

　　3、如果你在提交延期考试申请表之后改变主意，想取消延期考试的申请和如期参加考试，你必须在当前考试注册日期的一天联系GARP协会，取消延期考试须缴纳100美元的行政费用。

　　4、作为一个延期考试的考生，你会自动注册到下一期的考试，并且不得再延期。如果你仍然想取消考试，那么你将放弃全部已经缴纳的考试费用，并需要重新缴纳考试费用以参加新一期的FRM考试。

　　An FRM candidate may only defer their exam registration once tothe next examination date.Please note:

　　·A deferral to the next examination period must be submitted bythe last day of Registration.For example,the last day ofregistration for May is April 15th;and for November's Exam the lastday of registration is October 15th.

　　·There is an administrative processing fee of USD 100 and thisfee must be payable via credit card at the time of yourrequest.

　　·If you change your mind after submitting the Deferral Form andwant to sit for the FRM exam during the current exam period,youneed to contact GARP by the last day of the current Registrationperiod;there is an administrative processing fee of USD 100.

　　·As a deferred FRM Candidate,you will automatically bere-enrolled in the next cycle.If you decide not to attend the nextexam,you will forfeit all exam fees and have to re-register as anew candidate.

　　Note:Any study materials you purchased for this year's exam maynot all be applicable for next year's exam since the Study Guideand suggested readings will change from year to year.

　　Note:An additional administrative processing fee of$50 mayapply,at management's discretion.
