Job Description:

1. Provide clients with debt financing solutions （including bonds, hybrid capital, structured products, derivatives, and liability management）， in close collaboration with Investment Banking Department and Fixed Income, Commodities and Currency Department in pitching for fixed income transactions and developing businesses.

2. Execute transactions including managing underwriting risk, coordinating the marketing, bookbuilding, pricing, and allocation process across departments.

3. Innovate and develop new fixed income products.

4. Follow bond markets closely and produce market analysis.

Knowledge

- Strong academic background in the areas of macro economics or international finance

Skills and Abilities

- Solid skills of economic and quantitative analysis.

Qualifications

- Bachelor or above degree in the macroeconomics or international finance relevant fields.

- Relevant work or internship experiences with a top-tier financial institution desirable.

Job Description:

This position is responsible, under direction, for development of the business relationship with institutional accounts in Hong Kong fixed income markets. Develops knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinates the firm’s effort to serve client organizations. The job duties associated with this role may be expected to include:

Maintaining and building the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts.

Works closely with client’s investment and research personnel.

Presenting research services and advising clients on investment opportunities.

Provide full account coverage service for different accounts, including trading and execution services, e.g. obtain orders for the purchase and sales of securities.

Thorough understanding of fixed income business and HK futures market.

Strong knowledge of Hong Kong capital markets and relevant fixed income products and services.
